
SLUM LIFE SURVIVAL
Slum Life Survival Uganda is implementing programmes to improve the social and economic well-being of the slum dwellers. The programmes target Youth, Children, The Girl child, people with disability and The Elderly. Slum life survival has direct presence of its Interventions in 2 Districts in Uganda where we run only 1 youth friendly drop-in Centre so far located in Kawanda, a suburb in Wakiso district offering different training services to the slum youth. We promote sustainable community live hoods, we focus on promoting formal and informal WASH education, youth entrepreneurship projects, awareness campaigns on proper management of health units and managerial motivations under WASH platform.
